How to make motion sensors work all the time? There are two AUTO modes to detect motion. [Day Mode] keeps the motion sensor active at all times, while [Night Mode] only activates the sensor in dim environments.

Why is the remote control not working? First, ensure the insulation film has been removed from the remote control's battery compartment. Verify the remote is aimed directly at the product. If it still does not work, try replacing the remote's batteries.

What should I do when I receive the product for the first time? Upon first receiving the product, please fully charge the built-in 3200mAh rechargeable battery before use. This can be done in 5 hours via the included USB cable.

【Day/Night Mode】The motion sensor light will turn on when movement is detected within a 10 ft / 120° range. In [Day Mode], the under cabinet lights activate whenever motion is detected; [Night Mode] only turns on the under counter lights in dark environments. If no movement is present after 20 seconds, the closet lights will turn off to conserve energy.

【Remote Control】The included remote control allows you to choose between ON-AUTO(Day/Night)-OFF modes. [Auto mode] is suitable for general use, with timer and dimming settings. Select [Always-On] for specific tasks, and [Always-Off] for energy-saving. Brightness can be adjusted from 0% to 100% using the remote.
